Processing time varies between instant delivery and up to 2 working days depending on software. You can always find the prcoessing time on the product page listing. Orders are sent out in an email with full license details attached. You can log in to your account for your order status, and if this says complete and you haven't received an email, please check your spam folders. Delivery by Post/Courier

Processing time is usually one working day and orders are sent out special delivery. Please log in to your account to check the status of your order, and if this says complete, please check your email for your shipment email where your tracking code should be. If you can't find this email please also check your spam folders.
